The Most Complete Upper Body Workouts!

❖ Upper Body Exercises :

These exercises include strengthening shoulder, chest, back, and arms muscles. For these exercises make sure to use the proper weights for yourself. If you don’t have access to dumbbells you can use kettles filled with water. Also you can do these steps at the gym.

Upper body steps are designed in a combinatorial method, so read the explanations and prepare the equipment that you require before doing the exercises and remember to warm up your upper body. As you go forward you can use heavier dumbbells depending on your ability. If you are doing an exercise and the specified reps is 12 and you are able do more than 12 reps, you can use heavier weights. If you get tired even doing 6 or 7 reps of a 12 reps exercise, you can use lighter weights to be able to do more reps. After each exercise, massage your arms and stretch your upper body.

Minimum, Middle, and Maximum modes are designed based on how ready you are to do every exercise.

You may reach any of these modes every time you exercise. This section is designed as a challenge for you, which means you may reach the minimum specified in the exercise for the first try.

◆ Min,Mid,Max = the number of reps that you should do for each exercise.

Here is the Deal: each exercise includes different ranges of numbers for each mode. For example in an exercise that you see these numbers:

Min 10 Mid 20 Max 30

From 1-10 = Minimum ★

From 11-20 = Middle ★★

From 21-30 = Maximum ★★★

After you have done some reps you can register your record in the app to compare your progress and records in the chart for each section.

In these series of exercises there is no minimum or maximum that we had before and you only have to do the specified number of reps. Each body type has its own program. Rest 20 to 30 seconds between each exercise.

Customize your workouts! Make a list of your favorite exercises and use that list as your routine plan! You can select the exercises that you prefer and name your workout routine and stick to your own crafted plan!
